Donor Night Highlights

Our second annual “Donor Night” was a great success, thanks to the hard working Friends and Boosters. Scott Blakenship, Umatilla City Manager, gave an insightful and candid talk on the challenges presented by the rapid growth in Umatilla and in the county. Chelsea and Billy Sharff, owner of Bob’s AC, donated $5,000 to the Friends for library projects. Look for their platinum leaf on the donor tree. The Twisty Express won the Quilt Raffle. It was a great night.
