Teen Eats: Make Your Own Cheese
This hands-on cooking class explores how cheese is made and includes an experiment on separating curds from whey.
Participants will make their own queso fresco.
Pre-registration Required. The Friends of the library request a $1 donation to cover the costs of ingredients.
Age is limited to middle and high school students.

Cooking in an Instant
This class introduces participants to electric pressure cookers via an Instant Pot.
A recipe will be demonstrated, health benefits discussed, and samples provided.

We will be learning how to make chicken stroganoff.
This is a Friends of the Library fund-raiser. Pre-registration required. Space is limited. The Friends of the Library request a $5 donation to cover the cost of food and fund future programs.
